Hotel Chiusarelli is located right in the historical centre of Siena, city of art that still nowadays remains rooted in its traditions, among which is the famous Palio.

The hotel is set in a neoclassical villa built in 1870. The renovation of 2013 has added a modern touch keeping, however, the original style of the palace that, with its magnificent frescoed rooms, makes our guests feel like stepping back in time
The hotel has 48 rooms with all the amenities: bathrooms with bathtub or shower, fresh linen, hairdryer, safe deposit box, air conditioning/heater, telephone, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV.

Some rooms feature a balcony overlooking a green area.

In the restaurant within the hotel "Gli Orti di San Domenico" you can taste typical Tuscan dishes in a cosy and friendly atmosphere. The rich breakfast buffet is served in a wide and bright veranda starting early in the morning.

The hotel offers also a small private car parking, a large terrace and a small garden.

Hotel Chiusarelli has had the honour to welcome many celebrities from the world of sports, politics and culture, including Danish writer Jens Johannes Jørgensen, who in this hotel wrote his famous book Saint Catherine of Siena.

Just a few minutes walk from the hotel you can reach Piazza del Campo, the Duomo and the main museums of Siena. You can spend the afternoon in the city or organize daily visits to Florence, Rome, and San Gimignano. The bus stop is only 200 meters away from our hotel.

The hotel is at your disposal to organize guided tours of Siena, Chianti, San Gimignano, and Montalcino with Brunello wine tasting.
